There have been a lot of positives upon being hired, but overall I would say I've had a very negative experience. The environment is very tense feels hypocritical and is very negative throughout. While feedback good or bad can be very useful too much negative can greatly bring down a teams morale.

Most of them seem dedicated the job and willing to do the work.

They do seem supportive with some of the aspects. And they do try to go out of their way to honor certain things like birthdays, anniversaries, and longevity within the company and things of that nature.
