The BSC concept is good, there are not clear supportive goals rolled out to us, we are to come up on our own who we support broad BSC goals. This is not the best use of field support time. It would be better served to be specific with us. vs us determining details.

I work remote, and work 10+ hours a day. I participate in meetings with my colleagues and leaders, otherwise I don't get much culture except through the respectful interactions within my department and other supporting departments I interact with.

The future of Aimbridge is iffy, with our loss of properties and lack of growth. Lack of bonus doesn't look like a bright future. I am here to stick it through and focus on supporting my properties and helping the team grow.

Direct HR discipline leadership team is supportive and communicative. They are as transparent as they can be with real time information that is pertinent to my position and the teams I support. They keep me in the know so I can effectively operate on the day to day.
