My time with the org has been that of constant change. New directors, new hotels, constant turn. I have worked to remain positive thru it all, but do look forward to consistency in the future. My count is high in comparison to team mates. Hope to find balance in the future, as I can see the goal.

Upon hire was told that there would be additional compensation, several direct reports later, I feel there has not been follow thru. Bonus? Difficult to achieve if we even have one, several deployment changes later it's difficult for results to even be measured fairly.
