The people. I've been at C Space for many, many years; but new hires will often tell me things like, "It's hard to believe but there are genuinely no a**holes here."

Their honesty and 'mature vulnerability,' how much they care about our people, their vision and passion for that vision, and their commitment. For myself, I appreciate being able to be honest and vulnerable with them, in return. No BS. Very efficient, human and rewarding!

I think lots of us would say 'I am on the best team at C Space,' but seriously mine is the best :). We care about each other, we are transparent and give feedback in the moment as a matter of course, it feel psychologically safe , we bring or full selves to the job. A lot of love for us and the work
