I genuinely love working at Crusoe. During each all-hands meeting, I'm amazed at the things we're doing and the growth we're experiencing. Within my own team, I feel like I am valued and believe this is a place where I can continue to grow. It's very collaborative. I'm just genuinely happy to work.

I enjoy the work I do, but I also believe in what the company is doing. My coworkers are great. I feel like I could be here for a long time, and I'm really excited to see the growth.

I love working for Crusoe. I am very proud to be an employee here. With the exception of some of our highest leaders, I feel like the company culture aligns with my own personal goals and beliefs.

Collaborating with my team. Learning and furthering my professional development.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone is given a performance bonus. We get free lunches and they pay for parking.

It's very collaborative. We're a startup, so there's not always clear direction or a perfect solution, but we're all willing to roll up our sleeves and get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the role I'm doing now is beyond what I was hired to do. I think it would be nice to reevaluate and possibly be put in another pay grade.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent about what is happening in the company. We have monthly all-hands where they go into great detail about what's going on and what's coming. I never feel caught off guard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we're doing something very cool. It feels like we are at the forefront of something huge. And I think everyone feels this and wants the company to succeed. Everyone here works very hard.

It feels like we are all working towards a common goal. There aren't a lot of egos. We just all want the company to succeed. It's also fun. I enjoy coming to work everyday and interacting with my coworkers.

Our leadership team is full of intelligent, competent people who are doing something innovative and that will impact the future of the world. I truly believe that. I think we are in very capable hands when it comes to meeting our company goals.

We are all very collaborative. We understand each other's strengths and know who to go to for assistance. We really work well together and fill in each other's gaps. We also all have the ability to figure things out. If we don't know how to do something, we will do some research, test something, etc
