Nothing. The culture has gone downhill considerably in the last few years.

Constant turnover is the biggest problem and better compensation is the answer to the problem.

If everyone could do their own jobs that would be great. To be fair, training is lacking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that I am compensated fairly for the amount of work I do. More money would fix that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since 2020, I have not agreed with culture or environment of the company. Woke initiatives, mask mandates, nearly a vaccine mandate, Discrimination against unvaccinated employees, and DEI initiatives. The bank is becoming too woke for my taste.
