I love my position and able to help customers when they come in with just more than a deposit or withdraw. I have been able to help customers with a multitude of issues and love seeing them smile when they leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have learned alot since I have started and in order to do the training and tasks I need to do to advance my career I have had to go backwards in compensation to do this.....It just makes it hard to make a latteral move

I have alot more responsibilities and feel the pay is not adequate to the services I do. I love my position and know the I have alot more to learn and just feel my value is not acknowledged. I know my position at other companies pays more than here.
