We are a very dynamic and different group of people and we all have different strengths and weaknesses and we work well together

The fact that I didn't have to wait a year to take a vacation! That was huge since family vacation had previously been planned.

With one exception, everyone works together well, and everyone has each other's back-it someone is struggling with something almost anyone will jump in to help

weekly pay and bonus structure; do not use our health benefits-too expensive for what we actually get. my husbands benefits are MUCH better and cost less

PTO. I do not use our insurance because last year my insurance did not cover one dime of my appointments, I had to pay everything out of pocket.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, I love working with my co-workers: the majority work as a team, we get along, everyone helps each other. There are a few people who's negativity and complaints are out-of-control and kind of throws a damper on the rest of the relationships
