I wouldn't say it is the "company" that is positive. My team is what makes it positive.

My branch. I don't think the company culture is my cup of tea but I love my branch

Show up on time, don't put my life in danger, and stop lying to customers and to other coworkers.

Actually care about making customers lives better instead of making them jump through hoops and still nothing gets done.

My immediate team? I love them they are great. The executives do not care about the struggles we are dealing with.

I have coworkers who are last or do not handle procedure properly. No one takes this seriously enough to do anything about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am 100% undervalued. The benefits are not good at all or anything that would make you stay for anything. The pay isn't anything to write how about. Most people can get more from a banking competitor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other financial institutions pay people in my position and experience a lot more. I shouldn't have to pay $14k out of pocket in one year because my insurance refuses to cover anything or will not even allow anything to go towards my deductible.

Our benefits are a complete joke. I had to pay over $300 for 2 fillings because my dentist refuses to use those tacky metal fillings and they deemed my fillings as "cosmetic" that is only the tip of the iceberg for how horrible our benefits are
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I pay ridiculous amounts for insurance for a deductible I will never hit. I use Good Rx for all prescriptions because it is just not worth trying to pay full price to maybe hit my deductible. Pay wise, I work 2 jobs because I cannot afford not to. I work 50-60 hours per week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My insurance doesn't cover a dime of any medical thing even if I am in network. Anthem is inboiled in huge lawsuits with the Federal government on how they have been accused of Medicare fraud. Really seems like the best choice for us to be using an insurance for our company to be choosing from.

I was given a fractional currency raise & it does not even compete with inflation. Incentive was also changed for the worse, I am expected to earn $6k less this year than last. Our health insurance is a joke. Spent over 12k on medical expenses & did not hit deductible b/c insurance was a bear to wor
