I believe that working at Instacart is one of the best in tech. We're bold, we move fast, everyone is smart, leadership team is super strong, but we don't have any of the typical downsides -- the culture is positive, fair and fun. It's been a great experience.

As a woman, I love that we have such strong female representation at the highest levels of the org. Our CEO, CMO, CHRO and Chief Public Affairs Officer are all women - a rarity in tech!
