I've been here just over 6 years, initially in product, and now in F&I Integrated Services. It's been a tremendous growth opportunity, and though I've had a number of managers due primarily to reorgs, I always felt that they were interested in me personally, as well as my work product.

LN is a great company to work for, but it would benefit from additional structure and a more clear organization hierarchy. There are many people doing the same thing, as well as a lot of things that just aren't getting done. Huge teams w/ littlework, small groups w/ too much, etc.

Varied and complex activities, and being provided with the training, software, and capacity to complete them

LexisNexis owns an incredibly diverse portfolio of software, sitting atop a mountain of data, and I get to educate, fix, learn, consider, argue, etc. about it all day

They trust me to do my job without undue oversight, and even as an individual contributor, I feel like I have the support to enact meaningful change where appropriate.

RELX is fairly generous w/ time off, and though oft-forgotten, the coffee machines in Alpharetta make fresh Starbucks coffee from the bean for each cup - that is tough to beat!

We persevere through complex and difficult work that comes at us day after day, and we take it as a point of pride to lend a hand all over the business whenever we can.

We're a fairly small team, all with out own talents, and with our breadth of experience are able to navigate most internal processes, know the products, etc., and we cover for each other quite well

Everyone just wants what's most efficient and effective for the customer. I rarely, if ever, hear self-serving or personal motives as the reason anything is done, and so it's nice to work where the reasons we're doing things make sense.

Everyone can be themselves, within reason of course. After 8 years here, I can say that the ONLY thing that matters about a person at Lexis is what is inside of their head and how it is translated to work product.

Leadership at LNRS has always been approachable, which fosters an environment of creativity. Additionally, they are generally quite focused on individual well-being. Rarely, if ever, are people's needs to take a break, have a 'mental health day' spur of the moment, etc., it is generally supported
