Great culture, great paid time off, and great flexible work options. However, pay raises are too small, and, health care benefits are terrible. Fix the pay and health care benefits and this would be a stellar company to work at.

I have a very supportive and helpful team and line manager.

The PTO/time off is strong and above market. Also, being able to work remotely full time in another part of the US is critically important.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The pay increases are too small given inflation and the astronomically-high health care costs. Inflation and rent rise far higher annually than my raise; also, the health care insurance premiums are extremely high and rise dramatically year-over-year without warning or explanation.

While the pay and health care benefits are lacking, the time off benefits are good. And, the new hybrid work model that is being implemented post-pandemic is also excellent. This company clearly does care about its workers, but just needs to increase pay and health care benefits.

It seems like a stable company that also values growth. However, they should invest more in health care benefits (my health care here is so expensive I can barely afford to use it) and pay increases (they are too small given inflation and the astronomically-high health care costs.)

My coworkers are all excellent people and are wonderful to work with. My boss is also wonderful. However, I can tell everyone is overworked and it can affect morale. Fewer hours (such as a 7-hour day instead of an 8-hour day) would make a huge difference in morale.
