My direct manager (Trevis Litherland): great personality, does not micromanage and trust his team. My lead manager (Prince Kohli): great motivator and open to new ideas to push innovation across the organization

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
