
Communication with employees about change
Promises need to be kept, trust between Snr management and employees needs to be built again
Regardless of the situation there are still individuals, myself included that are motivated to be successful
Hiding behind the laptop when they are not in the office. There is a common theme amongst some departments that do not feel like something is their job to do and there is a common fob off to other departments
Consistent over promise and under deliver. Changes in pay plan that are not communicated and therefore affect mortgages etc, equality across people in the same position (there are employees in the same position with basic salaries over double for the same role and responsibilities)
