I would describe my overall experience as very good. The fact that I have been at the company for almost 14 years shows that its the people and culture that are a big part of why I've stayed for so long.

Seeing my ideas come to life in internal and external communications projects. This year has been really exciting as for the first time I've had the opportunity to work with a PR agency.

There's a great people culture and particularly during Covid over the last 2 years it's been great to feel that support and understanding from the leadership team about how people might have been feeling nervous or anxious.
