Everyone is willing to help out and most people are genuinely invested in making a difference, not satisfied with the status quo.

I appreciate that they are always striving to be better and to grow the business, and make this a fun place to work.

Getting to work on important programs, interacting with many different areas within the business, not having a monotonous job. My peers. My team.

I have the opportunity to work directly with the team, and know how hard they work to drive the business forward. They work hard, which in turn makes me want to work hard for them.

I believe the only way to boost compensation and to be appropriately paid is to achieve a promotion; the 3% merit increase for outstanding performance is difficult to swallow as an employee, let alone as a manager rewarding their employees.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I don't feel undervalued, but I do feel like the pay we offer existing employees and the opportunity to increase compensation is not as easy vs. new employees coming into the org. We should look at ways to make existing employees feel valued.
