Many years tenure, originally stayed due to belief in doing the right thing. However, losing many talented coworkers due to poor pay and little advancement opportunities has soured me. Company is trying to do better and has with D&I, but that needs to be seen at ALL levels.

There are pluses for the organization, but one's growth and opportunities for advancement depend on what arm in the organization they belong to. Pay for existing employees (again, depending on which department) typically runs below market. Fast-paced work for new job seekers.

Great strides in D&I, offer many different groups (Employee Resource Groups) to learn about being allies.

Pay the market wages for same/similar job roles. Typically we pay 10-12 below market and that is why many people leave the company.

I'm a long tenured employee and am paid 10-12% below market. New hires are paid more than me for lessor positions. So while we 'competitively pay' for new hires, we don't apply same methodology to existing staff.

The company truly cares about inclusion and diversity across its entire business footprint. They provide us 2 days to attend Employee Resource Groups which promote D&I. They also stress importance of community service and allow employees 2 days for volunteering.
