We have a great manager, most of my teammates have been with LexisNexis Risk for many years - intimate knowledge of the company. And morale is high.

Acquiring knowledge daily that will help in achieving my end goal. I also like the little gift boxes sent out to me for special company events, times.

A manager that shares my vision for growth for the company...in terms of new revenue sources. An environment that does not feel like everything is focused quarterly...whether its for the prospect/customers good or not.

My direct manager has an open communications style and thinks outside the box for potential revenue sources. However, this sentiment does not seem to be shared by managers at other companies within RELX nor imho by upper management. Too much siloing in the company.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I wanted to work here, and took a 15k a year cut in my base salary to do so. My previous company as well as others in my industry pay 120k annual salary for senior sales executives such as me. As well, have run into 'directors' at Lexis who are really just account managers making 150k+ base.
