I would say the combination of the standard large company benefits. I wouldn't say any particular benefit is exceptional.
Generally this is a good company to work for with skilled employees that are very pleasant on the whole to work with, unfortunately this dynamic is somewhat soured in my current area of the organization with toxic leadership traits and bullying.
If we had a leader that was genuinely interested in its team members, their development and wellbeing + the entire team working collaboratively and in good faith, this would go a long way for better co-working. Currently, tone from the top is lacking.
