Very good. There are certainly days when I consider external opportunities as they offer more in terms of monetary compensation but the workplace culture, colleagues and company benefits are fantastic and as a whole outweigh the monetary aspect.

Team and genuine caring for each other even under lots of pressure to deliver. I do believe that the company also cares about employee well-being.

Employer pension contribution and bonus extras such as Cares hours, unexpected extra days of leave during Covid which showed compassion for what employees were going through, and private health

I feel like our leadership genuinely cares about making our work enviroment enjoyable and although the demands can sometimes be quite high, I feel this effort is acknowledged and rewarded.

Im as excited as one can be about going to work. Each day looks different which keeps it fresh and the majority of the people I work with are fantastic.

The workload can be overwhelming at times (as shown in EOS results) but this has been acknowledged and I've seen considerable effort from leadership to change this. The understanding and real action is the most positive - and our great people

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I could earn much more elsewhere but I weigh it against good benefits, flexibility in work life balance and working with an amazing team. My role has limited advancement opportunities unless I go to other brands in the business or external. Exec leaders could be more supportive at times.
