Good experience let down by compensation feeding into monitoring of regional market rates and inflation.Supportive and authentic immediate group/management team. We are meeting heavy,especially since COVID.Look at ideas such as no meeting day to allow teams longer focus periods,minimise disruption.

Ability to innovate, try out new technologies and have required control / ownership to be able to perform role with minimum red tape.

On-going review process needs to be vastly improved. Business needs to review the way it monitors and rewards existing employees based on market rates, compensation packages for new employees and long term regional inflation.

Incredibly collaborative and innovative group. A group that deeply cares about it's work, who are not afraid to share their opinions via respectful and inclusive debates. Incredibly proud of the diversity in group which generates very different approaches to solving problems.

Excellent immediate management team who listen, are respectful and want to do the right thing. Peers are generally very collaborative and want to help each other out as much as possible. Company culture is genuinely inclusive in my experience.

Strategic yo-yo between technologies.Firm decision on one cloud vendor,only for it to be changed months later after team time an investment. Compensation structure is a mess.Employees onboarded with better packages than long standing staff in positions much higher in same country.Needs reviewing.
