The leadership team communicates very effectively and is very good at sharing information about expectations as well as results.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I mean the short answer is that the benchmarking currently being done is too generalized for each position level, which results in lower salary bands. I also think that the benchmarked level versus the actual job role is also something to consider.

We not only work well together, but we strive to ensure that we make others in our team comfortable. I can personally speak to the amazing level of support I receive from my team at times where I'm struggling personally or at work.

We foster a culture of empowering everyone to be able to give their best efforts and make their own decisions on how they wish to achieve the goals they have set out in the beginning of the year. I also value the push to be more diverse and intentionally inclusive.
