Risk leadership doing a good job keeping the company headed in the right direction. Insurance leadership is also driving in the right direction for the business but seems to be stumbling with messaging on several issues creating negative chatter among employees.

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
