As a new contractor as 1/31/24, I am learning about the consumer products with the help of two other product managers. Everyone is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, easy going and patient with the new kid on the block. There are good resources being shared with me to learn about the products.

The onboarding experience is very challenging for a person new to the industry because it's up to the new person to learn by asking questions and attendance at meetings. The person training me is 100% available to explain products and systems, is responsive to my questions and includes me at meeting

They are always patient, willing to help and answer questions, willing take time to get acquainted, share their knowledge, role and background. I like the reassurance they give about the learning curve for new employees

Everyone is helpful and provides assistance in solving problems and sharing knowledge, which is very useful for new employees. Team members are very willing to take time to meet 1:1 to explain the data, products and technology, their role and who's who. They are very knowledgeable about the products
