The fact that the people here encourage and maintain this environment of open communication, collaboration, and feedback as well as psychological safety imposed all throughout is the most positive thing I encountered.

I like how hands-on they are towards checking up on our situations and circumstances even when not needed. They also make sure to create this atmosphere which enables us to perceive them as approachable and reliable.

I am happiest at my work because my role is directly connected to my personal interests and passion as well as my relevant skills and knowledge. My teammates are also friendly, and they motivate me to converse with them even if it's not work-related. My seniors and BU leaders are also encouraging.

The best things about the team I joined is that some of them are very friendly and made sure that I feel welcomed back when I first met them personally on our team's monthly WFO. I understand that some might be shy or reserved to introduce themselves to me as the newest member, but I appreciate them
