Great career paths, not great base salary, benefits very average and behind big competitors such as Experian and Capital One. Too slow pace of work due to not being agile, this needs to change if we want to stay competitive.

knowledge, they are approachable, but I don't think they challenge enough or not do it in the right way. we should work with tech and analytics as one team not separate and blaming each other.

Base salary is good. Pension is very low I come from a competitor where the pension contribution were as twice matched as my, e.g. I paid 5% but was getting 10% employer payment, also my bonus was 15% on target rising to 17.5% if high performer, holidays provision were much better. duvet day xmas
