The Diversity and Inclusion agenda is really developing and I see more and more positive stuff each month. It takes a brave company to have these hard conversations and our Employee Resource Groups have become an invaluable resource in helping me to learn and grow.
My role is undervalued within the business and then beyond the business, we are told we benchmark but similar roles have higher pay. Transparency and published bandings would make me feel better, something the business has said they would do, but haven't seen any evidence yet
