Fantastic! I like the culture (focus on innovation, integrity, volunteerism). I think some of our products have a tremendous positive impact on the society, and am proud of that fact. Although I feel I am not getting my worth in terms of compensation, overall, I really like working here.

Autonomy in handling my projects (no micro management). Work hour flexibility. Freedom to try new things / new ways of doing things. Supportive and encouraging colleagues.

I like what I do. I have supportive colleagues and a good manager who gives me autonomy and trusts me to get the job done. Flexibility in terms of work hours.

Love the focus on Cares program (paid volunteer hours, and $500 Cash for caring). Appreciate the multiple ERGs and D&I initiatives. Regular Lunch & Learn events that are really informative. Finally, I feel the broader company would do the 'right' thing given any circumstances. Proud to be here.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
"Years" of experience should not be the only way to decide on base salary (esp after the employee has been in the role for a couple of years and has proven their worth). If the employee cannot be promoted, as an alternative, could there be a broader salary "band"/range for a particular role?
