Good company, operates differntly at divisional level and feel that this is where the problems creep in. Been working here for a long time but feel the division I am in is not doing well which is leading to a lot of negativity.

The level of my compensation compared with the market average for my region does not compare as well as my duties and expectations are more than what I was employed for.
