With the profit margins as high as they are - especially in my division/group - there is no reason why we cannot be paid more. Over the years, we have seen revenue skyrocket yet pay has not followed that trajectory in any context.
I know that the work I do benefits people way beyond those with whom I interact, and that is very rewarding. Plus, my customers for the most part are great, and we enjoy working together. I very much enjoy the work I do.
