When I look back on my time here I can say that well over 90% of the time I feel very grateful and thankful to be able to work here. I love the culture here and all the opportunities we have afforded to us. All you have to do is voice what you are looking to accomplish and a path is usually given.

There have been times of high highs, but there have also been times of low lows. It is never fun not achieving goals that are set before you when you know you are working hard. At the end of the day money pays the bills. Only you can look out for and support your family.

Hitting my goals. but also helping clients see the benefits of utilizing us and how it can help the average person by allowing them access to credit, not being victims of fraud, etc.

Open and frank discussion. We can talk about business, but we can also joke around and learn about each other personally too. Not just a team of work, work, work. We collaborate well together and can lean on each other.

Making VC more obtainable especially when there are factors outside of your control in regards to what certain accounts do. That should be taken into account when goals are created for the following year. I understand we are trying to become a $5B company, but not all markets are created equal.
