As always, there is always good and bad. Good things is that I had the opportunity to grow within the company, people trusted me, and that's great. Bad things is how difficult is to get money to invest in people or tools to provide a better service.

Some good things (communication, diversity, mentoring) and some bad things (non visibility of strategy and how we can fit into it, low salary increases which generate frustration and decrease motivation, difficulties to get budget to hire, etc.)

Learning new things, having new opportunities or projects that have a positive impact on others

They all like helping others, they are available, clever, ask good questions, they are really great.

All are willing to help, keen to share, and some are happy to share feedback and provide ideas to improve what we do

Improving things, finding new ways to ease work and do it better. Speaking with team members, understanding their need and identify that I'm able to help them. Learning. Growing.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Because whatever your performances, your annual pay raise is far too low to compensate all the efforts made during the year, because we know that teams are overloaded and have difficulties to get budget for hiring.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I work hard all year long to do more than expected but at the end the pay raise for such hard work is low. I'd feel better if we invest more in some areas like Support or have time to take advantage of training/webinars available (Women's Network, Diversity & Inclusion, Living Well, etc.)
