A good company with great co-workers. Only issue is low salary comparing to the market and new recruits. Salary adjustment for the experienced employees should be considered urgently.

Salary is way too low compare to the market. Some time you will see advertisement with same or bellow role with much higher salary. It seems the company do not bother to increased salary for the hard working existing employees, however they are paying correct salary for new recruits.
