
LG is a powerful brand externally but what makes it cutting edge externally does not apply internally. T0o many manual work around and not enough investment in technology. headcount is an issue. There are few heads to get work done. I love being part of this brand but we need think diffferntly.
Its fast paced, my work is challenging and I'm often exposed to new things. I'm afforded autonomy and have a lot of exposure leadership. Opportunities I see is that our Expats do not always think of the long-term unintended consequences of their short term decision making.
