Nordstrom is one of the few retailers that I can say has a pulse on the future of the industry. As a result, I feel committed to live up to the company's mission statement. The pay is quite competitive and the benefits exceeded my expectations. Prospective employees should be prepared to work hard.

On a local level, management is extremely employee-focused. They assist you in your daily and long-term goals. They listen and address your concerns. They are a great resource as an employee. As you move further away from your department, management becomes less understanding and helpful.

As is always the case in retail, your team is a diverse mix of people in all regards. Some team members work harder than others. Ultimately, I am excited to interact with other hard-working team members. We try our hardest to work as a team with store management quick to resolve any issues.
