What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was given both a behavioral interview as well as a case question to understand my ability to problem solve/how I think. But I know this isn't standardized across the interview process.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Top leadership is grasping at straws to improve efficiency and drive results. The recently-adopted Kaizen model should be about small changes over time, not a continuous overhaul of process. The company doesn't know how to utilize, grow, and retain its talent.
