What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers made my overall negative experience bearable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They do strive for a positive and constructive work environment, even if they fall short sometimes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Top leadership is grasping at straws to improve efficiency and drive results. The recently-adopted Kaizen model should be about small changes over time, not a continuous overhaul of process. The company doesn't know how to utilize, grow, and retain its talent.
