As long as I still complete my appointed job duties, I have been given the freedom to assist with other issues and solve for them. I have never been put in a box which opened up opportunities.

NASA: It's a great place to work if you want a stable job that pays well. It's not a great place to work if you really want to get things done. The lack of accountability has created a culture that condones the "NASA salute"...a shrug of the shoulders that means "We'll see if I have to do that"

AIG: A lot of managers with very poor people skills are allowed to remain, forcing workers with years of experience to leave for other companies, leaving behind only the unskilled, and the unbearable.
Asplundh: I love working for Asplundh and being able to learn new things. I do feel like part of a team.
Northern Trust: Poor training and a general lack of continuity across the whole business resulting in multiple overlapping processes.

Buffalo Wild Wings: The company seemed great when I first started however things are more disorganized more than ever. Management is disrespectful and are above any reprimanding. Managers are violent toward employees. The company is constantly making changes that make the workers job harder.

Circle K: WORKED CONTINUOUSLY LIKE 70-80 hours a week at two different stores manager at Grantham store would find something to get me in trouble for every time I ask to be ASSISTANT manager and in fact just fired me this time she favored all the druggy people who wouldn't stay and were stealing cash!
State Farm Insurance: It's a great culture and place to work. I've made a great decision to be at State Farm and plan to continue to be here for years to come.
Walmart: I have owned business worked for Fortune 500 companies but have never seen a business have the turn over like at Walmart

Sanofi: Learned many things and experienced a truly corporate culture. I enjoyed my time there until the coronavirus outbreak. From that point on, working from home didn't really appeal to me. I felt overworked and somewhat isolated. The company did offer professional psychological support which was good.

Gartner: I feel used. My salary and benefits have been cut while senior leadership suffers no consequences. I received no wage increase from the "tax cuts", yet I now am being penalized for Gartner's bad leadership and inability to plan for an obvious recession.
Labcorp: NOTHING WHEN YOU DON'T GET PAID
REI: It all depends on who your store manager is, every store has its pluses and minuses, working for a bad manager makes working for the company difficult.

Bechtel: I have been with Bechtel for 14 years and I like to work with it till retirement. It is fair, reasonable, provide incentives and look after its employees well being and comfortable retirement
Sherwin-Williams: The journey has been 25 years. Started as a janitor, moved into sales then customer service where I gained a wealth of knowledge, experience before getting promoted as district manager. I was allowed to implement many strategies & help others grow, I was challenged along the way, it is fantastic

Samsung: I am very happy and focusing only my work during office hour. I had published two patents in two years which is a big achievement for me.
Walmart: The beginning was great but as time went on my department manager kept getting lazier and throwing her job on me and associates there were only 2 people in my department that would show up day in and day out and one was me and then I would get fussed at at every avilable turn

Kroger: Very successful company to work for and have longevity for a career, which is why I stay b/c I'm a loyal person and just about company has positives and negatives. This also works b/c it's near my house, but I will have many options to move as my children grow.
Target: Great for the first three years. Horrible the past three. Which is why I quit.
Booz Allen Hamilton: It was short and simple. Recruiter let me know the next business day that they would like to move forward. Had a formal offer within a week.

Advance Auto Parts: It was GREAT, until I decided to transfer because I moved. I found that quickly I had come to about HATE my job that I once loved.
