Frontier Communications: A great experience but due to COVID-19 my onboarding is a very slow process.
Frontier Communications: It has been an extremely frustrating 6 months. I have lost a lot of my passion for sales here and leadership does not value employees or make an effort to be supportive and provide help. Its either you perform or be worked out. There is a lack of organization and direction as well as many silos.
Frontier Communications: I have always enjoyed working at Frontier. I like what I do, who I work for, and my co-workers. It can be a bit troublesome knowing our financial situation and hoping that we have jobs after we emerge from bankruptcy.

Frontier Communications: Poor on boarding and non existent cross departmental face to face interaction has severely downtrodden initial thoughts of the company and constant state of flux we currently operate make me give second thoughts to joining the leadership ranks.
Frontier Communications: I have returned to Frontier after being gone for five years and I am pleased to be back. What we do is significant and I appreciate being a part of it. My experience so far has been positive and the people I have interacted with are positive and enjoy their jobs.

Cracker Barrel: It was nice at the beginning but now it makes me uncomfortable to go to work because of the favoritisms that occur.

Frontier Communications: From the interview process to today, a total of 3 months, the experience has been great. I know what is expected of me at work and I have mentors that help me when I need it. Covid has impacted the work environment but the culture is still here and its thriving.
Frontier Communications: It's been a pretty even ride since I joined Frontier in January of this year. It was a bit slow at first, but that was only to get me acclimated to my new responsibilities & the culture & Frontier. However, it's picked up and I'm now working on my own projects.

Frontier Communications: Overall experience has been well, given the fact that I started right before Covid hit and that changed our work environment drastically. The benefits are EXTREMELY high, especially given the co-pays that go along with them.
Keurig Dr Pepper: KDP has been a very rewarding place to work. There are no egos to deal with, and everyone has a common goal. The communication is best in class. I know that I am making an impact on our business, and the leaders above me value the work that I do.

Frontier Communications: My survey results are likely tainted by the facts that I was hired during COVID, in the midst of CH 11 filing and also work for a Contractor Boss, not an employee. (But , Contractor boss is extremely skilled and respected)
Frontier Communications: Every interaction has been supportive and positive -- regardless of the organization or management level. Taken aback how involved senior leadership is in project efforts.
Frontier Communications: It has been interesting starting a new position during COVID-19 but I think the company has dealt with it in an effective and timely manner.

Frontier Communications: I have been employed at Frontier for 5 weeks with no access to the office. However, I am able to learn the technical aspects of the position and conduct my job in the home office with no issues. Overall the experience has been very positive. Employees at Frontier are extremely helpful & open.
Frontier Communications: I am fairly new but thus far I have been very happy. The job is challenging for sure, and it will take time to build a clientele and see real success but I am committed to seeing it through.My manager is great and very helpful.

IBM: At first I could not find my niche, like I very much needed to 'follow the leader'. But once I became accustomed to the client environment I was able to contribute more and demonstrate my value. Also diversity is big at IBM! Lots of women, which is very different than most technology firm

BJC HealthCare: Mostly positive until the onset of COVID-19 and furloughs began. Now we are overwhelmed and understaffed and management doesn't seem concerned about reinstating our front line staff, but we've certainly been looking to replace the leaders/executives that left.
