Phaidon International: I have been here for my entire career so far and haven't changed jobs for a reason. My current boss is the best manager I have ever worked for and I can't imagine working for anyone else.

RingCentral: I feel the company focuses on it's employees rather than just pure goals which is good. Innovation is highly accepted which allows me to grow my skillet by improving existing systems. My co workers are fun and I learn a lot from them. The managers and leaders are approachable and helpful.

Barracuda Networks: -salary increases have not taken place in 2 years and we also lost 2 weeks of pay due to the pandemic. I thought we would be compensated once things got back on track -record sales does not equal helping your employees financially
RingCentral: The training phase were so fast and after we got endorsed to nesting and production we need to stand in our own and doesn't need to rely that much with our FS. I believe incentives is one of the inspiration I would like to get each month and for me each CSAT we get should have additional incentives.

Scopely: Stop lying, start communicating in an open, transparent, honest manner. You take promising games and ruin them by making it impossible to earn resources in the game and forcing people to pay for them to advance. Corporate greed at it's worst.
Regus: It's a great place to work, meet new people and helping people to work in great places
RingCentral: Overall, working for RingCentral was great. There's so much more to learn, however I simply feel detach from my current team. We only have team huddle once a month I think, which is different from where I came from. Working here is challenging but I still couldn't find it fun. Hope this changes soon

Synchrony: Stop reducing credit limits of customers that have kept current status. I went from a 2000 limit to a limit just over my balance. Customer service had no acceptable solution. If I am paying on time, there should be no reason to reduce my limit.

STV : Poor rating of CEO is for old CEO not present one. Old CEO was demented and out of his mind and would berate employees constantly. Thank God for New CEO who seems level headed and insightful and basically not violent like the old one!

Barracuda Networks: Things seem to get worse. Although the executive team constantly promises to "invest in people" no real pay raises or other investments are done. Also the company does not seam to care at all about entire EMEA regions since HR i non-existent for years.
Barracuda Networks: Its a place I truly love to work at. While there are ups and downs, its safe to assume thats at every company. The goods outweigh the bads and I can honestly say its the best job ive ever had

Sitecore: It is very mixed bag. Challenge is there, issues to solve as well. But there seems to be a very gooey management layer which is not agile in a true sense. Sometimes it feels like management is coming only for candies, not really listening or finding true solutions. Well-being is a challenge.

Everyone I have met and worked with has demonstrated social and emotional health and empathy. How nice!

BevMo!: I stated working there while I was pregnant. I was having many complications at the time: extreme morning sickness, cramps, and soreness. The manager, Mario, would harass me anytime these problems came up by threatening to fire me, asking why I was there, and saying I wasn't working hard enough.
Sitecore: Great global team, so focusing on global team, I recommend, but you always need to face local team.
MGA Homecare: I did/do not work for this agency. I found the Director to be dismissive or simply not interested in me as a Nurse with my extensive experience. I declined the position and have no interest in ever interviewing with this agency again.
National Geographic: Try being honest instead of pushing the left wing agenda.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: Inconsistent schedules often are frustrating
Ketchum: Smart, genuinely good people doing great work together.
Insight Global: Although I started only 3 months ago, I feel a sense of belonging and that I am truly a value to my team. My manager gives encouraging feedback and makes it a point to give me the platform to showcase my skills with other leaders and teams. Also, free daily lunches is NICE!
