Radancy: I have only been here for less than a year, but I'm very pleased with my time here. I like the culture, my coworkers, and pay/benefits. I think the work environment can get a little fast-paced and overwhelming though. The workload can feel like too much at times.

Smartsheet: It's been several months now and I still haven't had a 1:1 with my manager, or a meaningful conversation with him in over 8 weeks. He responds to my direct slack messages with emojis and that's it. Zero communication from management. Super disappointing.

Harris Computer: Lacks management structure. No transparency within the BUs, one hand doesn't talk to the other. VPs prefer to isolate and control employees rather than involve them in the planning. Too many tasks, no time or resources to get things done. Projects often start and never finish or get deployed. BAD
City Facilities Management (US) LLC: My experience has been very good. I am able to work with my team on a daily basis with the freedom to plan and prioritize my daily work schedule as I see fit. I am given the room needed to grow. I always have clear communications and expectations from my managers that allows to meet my goals.

Medela: The company's focus is not clear enough: Do we want to be the leader in hospitals or in the consumer market? Too strong focus on Amazon, as growth is very expensive here = we "buy" market share and neglect our core business. New and modern working models would be of high interest like a 4 day-week.

Qdoba: Employee wellbeing is not cared for. They olny care about numbers. Hot item variances, food cost, how much they make. Ive been told to open the store, no exceptions with three people. I had to work through ky break and they are ok with that as long as the store opens on time. I work mornings btw.
Sun Communities: Customer service is beyond awful. Office and cooperate. Everyone tells you something different and never apolgizies for misinformation. Random fees. They dont dislose 100% of "rules". Women in offices micromanage and make up their own set of rules. Worst company ever.
RX: i have been with the company for a long time and appreciate the support from RELX and our RX senior leadership team, despite the challenging circumstances we have seen with COVID

See's Candies: Staff who works hard with good manners will get much less hours than those who spend time talking during workhours with managers and assistant managers on some store . Some seasonal stores , the staff who's been working there for many years , taking 30 min breaks and 1.5 hrs lunch breaks .

Have been told my treadmill will delivery 8 days ago, yet it continues to travel all over the midwest. Locations have dropped off the tracking. It has past my location twice to locations 2 hours away.
