Shred-It: Customer Service. Completely terrible customer service. The worst next to CenturyLink. They need customer service reps that are competent and fluently speak English for English speaking customers
Textron Systems: I have invested a LOT of time to produce exceptional work here, and I always feel recognized and rewarded and seen at Textron Systems. I have many ideas that I have been able to implement and always had the leadership support I needed to execute. I have many mentors/leaders supporting my successes.

K. Hovnanian Homes: For the price of the home, the quality of the interior should be top notch. The basics should be covered as well: good lighting, quality windows and enough windows, larger rooms, etc. These basics that you expect are not there and then when you find out, they are unwilling to work with you.

Curative: The top leadership (owner) down gives updates on the company pretty regular which is very nice. My immediate supervisor, does not work next to me but does everything she can to make sure our needs are met and communicates regularly with me.

symplr: Based on the company-wide meetings, I believe the ELT experiences a more positive symplr than those lower in the org chart. We are losing good people out of frustration, a lack of support, and limited mobility.
Church & Dwight Company: Great culture, great company, and good benefits, but limited managerial opportunities for growth.
Carenet Healthcare Services: Pay is low for the amoint of atress and burnout. Pto is terrible for a nurse. Nurses are used to much more time off to help orevent burnout even fir oart time employees. PTO is almost almost always denied and you dont know until tue schedule comes out, no way to make plans. As of 2/2022 pay is low.

Epic Games: There is a total disconnect between customer support/relations and the customer. There is a bizarre level of secrecy and lack of transparency on actions Epic games takes on customer accounts. It is extremely disenfranchising.

Phaidon International: I've been given internal opportunities to take on roles even though i never had any prior experience in it. The company is willing to upskill me so i can be the best at my job, which is something i really appreciate!

Hotels.com: Customer service. I have been trying to resolve the issue with the customer service department and they keep coming back to say it was past the cancellation period and the hotel will not refund me.
Paylocity: Paylocity has some work to do in the diversity piece overall. Many BIPOC as lower-level employees but not in leadership or even Project Management roles. Culture is truly candid which is great at time to let your hair down but can also come with a lot of fakeness. The company teaches CYA a LOT!

LifeStance Health: There is flexibility in your schedule and your ability to cater your practice at the cost of no PTO, losing a large chunk of your income, constantly changing arbitrary policies, overpaid/unnecessary CEOs, lack of in-person support staff and organization so I'm not sure why I'm giving away my income.
Sierra Nevada Corporation: All is good--I like working here
Fanatics: Fanatics has made strides to make our salaries more competitive although according to the national average we are still underpaid. I'd also love to know how comparably females are being paid to the males in the same positions with a further breakdown of salaries based on location for the same job.

Salesforce: Informatica is a Customer centric company which always wants to ensure making the Customer Successful that will in turn handle the revenues. There is a huge shift in the revenue model but I would love to see additional support to the employees to help with the changing revenue models.
Greenberg Traurig: They like to hire lazy people and do nothing about it. For people who do all the work don't get paid much and no room for growth.

Advantage Rent A Car: Have spare tires and tools in the cars when renting. Quality of the rental car was horrible. Wipers hardly worked, car pulled to the right, high mileage for a rental car. Worst car we have ever rented. Customer service is awful!
Fanatics: Working from home needs to be increased as studies have shown productivity does not drop when this is increased.

I do think the pay should be increased judging by how well the company is doing, and with competitors raising salaries in the inflated economy

CAI: Fast-pace, collaborative, progressive, productive, and supportive.
Sitecore: Slightly positive, it could certainly be worse, but some culture changes regarding how work gets done and planning is done could improve things a lot. Also, while there are some measures taken to reward employees and show value, salary and raises are not good enough to help employee morale.
Skype: The service of Skype is excellent and transparency
Sitecore: Been mostly good, but lately there seems to be no direction on where Sitecore is headed. Looking from the inside, this does not bode well for the company.
Fanatics: The leadership team does listen to employee feedback.
Gables Residential: no one takes any actions, every manager covers up each other and take retaliation agains the person that had complained.
Sitecore: Even during a time of significant strategic shift towards a composable DXP model, they have managed to unite the global team towards a common goal.
