Nobody is discriminating, which is great! I see a great level of support. Doesn't matter if we're having different duties or we're on different regions, everybody is helping.

I like the fact that they always focus on the people's needs, they are very dedicated and supportive. More importantly, they all have a very human approach, empathise with different situations and they have a great way to deliver feedbacks.
