It's been okay. This last year has felt overwhelming with all the shifts and changes. I've felt like work-life balance hasn't been a thing. We definitely need to hit the goals but it's been stressful for the design team. As we have been working 110% for over a year or two.

Helping somebody meet their goals and seeing them be successful. And getting to interact with coworkers in person.

The design team has been in the same pay range for quite some time. And I've heard there are other teams that have similar functions with fewer responsibilities that are more compensated.
