Sunrun promotes a very inclusive culture, and I feel that. There's also a moral mission to what we do here, which is very important.

There has been a high amount of attrition in engineering as engineers are able to go elsewhere for massive salary increases. I believe in Sunrun's mission and want to contribute to the future here, but we're losing very good people because I'm afraid we're undervaluing our tech division.
