My current compensation is excellent, but the company is going through the 2nd reorganization this year and my pay is being cut by almost $30,000. Pay should stay the same regardless of the reorg.

The leadership team does not seem to understand any of the hurdles and daily adversity that employees experience at the branch level. There little to no accountability for the teams that we interact with on a daily basis to perform at a high level. Countless examples have been given, yet 0 action
