I really like the personal attention that they give. They always take time to praise us when we are acknowledged by a customer and they make us feel valued.

As a case manager we are responsible for handling every issue within Sunrun. We are taking escalation calls, reaching out to all the other departments, following up with customers and it is a very difficult position.
