Sometimes it is definitely a roller coaster with all the changes. But, over all. I Love Sunrun and what it stands for. I love the direction we are going and the challenges we are facing together. We are like one really big family. If it wasn't for Sunrun I don't know where I would be.

I feel valued in my position and with the company.

I like the diversity. The well roundedness. The genuine care.

Stability of the job and the customers/co workers . I really do enjoy my work.

the dental package is really nice. Medical is ok. Been having some coverage issues on a few things.

We all work together well as a team. We put our heads together and come up with a solution when there is a problem.

Good question, I never really though about it. Its just always been a very pleasant company to work for. I have no complaints about the environment.

The stability of work being able to support my family. The job within itself can be challenging. I like that. It's like solving a puzzle some days.

All of it? SUnrun offers so much. I probably not even taking advantage of everything because I don't know much about it or i dont know it's there. But I'd say I do like the commission when the project count is there.
