Stop trying to fix what is not broken, like the merge that is going on. And stop trying to lower the base pay of employees

I feel that with the merge going on that were being asked to do a ton more work and lower our pay. yes theres the commission aspect but the base pay is what is relied on for our monthly bills and when that is lowered because the commissions it makes it harder to budget.
