We each really care about one another. Though few of us have met in person, we are all interested in making sure every other is taken care of, and well personally and professionally.

I feel like they care about the team as a whole, as well as the each member as an individual. They appreciate diversity, are focused on helping, and really want to find the best for each person!

Helping others is something that I have been passionate about since I was young. It has been my main goal in my professional career. I feel the company really, really wants to help as many people as possible.

They are incredibly inclusive, and I believe wholeheartedly that they care about me as an individual. Even though I have never met Mary Powell or any executives, I believe that because I am a part of their workforce, that they care about me and my well-being.

There is a general interest towards each individual - for example, if X needs help, Y is interested in helping. If Y needs to call in sick one day, Z is willing to cover. If Z is having a terrible day, A does what A can to help improve their day. Few of us have met IRL, but we care about one another
